Junior Analyst (Canada, US and UK)

About the Role

ClearyX is seeking to hire a Junior Analyst to support review teams by leveraging technology to aid in the project set-up, organization, review and summarization of documents for diligence and contract management projects. We look for candidates who have excellent attention to detail and communication skills and the ability to accurately review and analyze sophisticated contracts and related documents. You should be seeking an approach to legal work that is different from a traditional law firm, and be open to learning and adopting new technologies, and approaching work with the idea of continuous improvement.

We are a fully remote team, and this role is a permanent, full time, fully remote position. There may be limited travel requirements, and we aim to bring the entire team together in person once a year. We are presently seeking exceptional candidates in the US, UK and Canada in particular although other locations may be considered.


  • Organizing review projects and relevant software templates; Reviewing and summarizing documents for diligence and other forms of contract review, including commercial contracts, leases \ acquisition agreements, licensing agreements, supplier and reseller agreements, financing agreements, organizational documents (articles, bylaws, shareholder agreements) etc.
  • Using legal technology, including GenAI, for project and data room management, project management and the review and analysis of legal documents;
  • Engaging in and supporting administrative functions in connection with due diligence projects, such as quality checking, report generation, system administration, progress tracking, and others.
  • Supporting contract management and automation projects as appropriate.
  • Engaging in other transactional legal work, such as potentially supporting the drafting and review of form agreements and the review and development of knowledge databases.


  • Legal background or BA studies in a related field, or related business analysis or similar experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Technical mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
